All our items are made to order, therefore refunds & exchanges are only available for faulty products and there is no right to cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations. In the rare case that we are unable to use the image supplied ie your image will need to: show the full subject you want on your garment considering paws/ feet / legs / tail - and not obscured by grass, shade or not visible because of the way the pet is positioned be reasonably well lit ie not in shade in focus If, for any reason, we are unable to use the image provided and we cannot improve it, you will be offered a refund. We endeavour to quality check each item that we send out but if your item arrives and is faulty in this case please email hello@fieldcottagedesigns.co.uk to access help. See our Refund Policy here
