As our items are made to order, therefore refunds & exchanges are only available for faulty products and there is no right to cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations.
In the rare case that we are unable to use the image supplied eg your image will need to show the full subject and reasonably well lit and in focus, if, for any reason, we are unable to use the image provided you will be offered a refund.
We endeavour to quality check each item that we send out but If your item arrives and is faulty from its production (not shipping as we cannot be responsible for third party delivery and this will be a case of claiming for damage in shipment) in this case please email hello@fieldcottagedesigns.co.uk (mailto:hello@fieldcottagedesigns.co.uk)to access customer support.
Select your item from our shop and add it to your shopping basket (this can be accessed from the top right icon in the header, Check-out as normal. Once we have your order we will contact you to supply your photo or image.
Ideally the image will be
• JPG, PNG or PDF file format
• High Resolution (300DPI preferred) - we can advise
• Copy owned or approved*
We will then process your image to produce a bespoke illustration similar to:
