Refund Policy - the basics
All our items are made to order, therefore refunds & exchanges are only available for faulty products, and there is no right to cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations, as a result.
In this case of a faulty item please email hello@fieldcottagedesigns.co.uk to access customer support.
We take great care to ensure every item is as it should be & items are checked & double-checked before they leave us.
If in any doubt about your item, on request we can mock up your artwork on a finished item so that you can see what your final item will look like, before production. At this point, once you accept the design, we cannot be responsible for making amends / changes after this point & you will be asked to check your artwork carefully at that point.
We provide a handy 'how to guide', to help you choose & upload your image but in the rare case, if, for any reason, we are unable to use the image provided you will be offered a full refund - see our FAQs for more information.
